With the so-called esterometro, from July 2022 data relating to services supplied to and from non-VAT entities in Italy must be transmitted electronically via SDI in the XML format already used for e-invoice issuing.
How do you handle a large volume of invoices in traditional PDF format? With the A-Cube solution, it has never been easier. Any document generated from a paper scan or business management software can be placed into an automated workflow, starting with document acquisition as the first step.
The system runs AI algorithms — developed in partnership with Konica Minolta — capable of recognising the main fields of any invoice and converting them into a standards-compliant XML file. Once complete, a notification allows you to review and approve the process before the document is transmitted to SDI and securely archived on our platform.
