What is it for?

Why you need
our RENTRI solution

RENTRI is the national information system for waste traceability, managed by the Ministry for the Environment and Energy Security with the support of the National Register of Environmental Managers. The system covers Master Data (subjects and authorisations) and Traceability (environmental data on registers and forms).

In practice, in addition to transmitting and managing the data, it is also necessary to secure the documents and evidence (registers, FIRs, copies, exports, receipts) so that they are unalterable, retrievable and ready for presentation.

Compliant digital preservation (which is not just “simple archiving”) gives legal value to digital documents and guarantees their authenticity, integrity and retrievability over time, in accordance with the CAD and AgID guidelines.

How the
A-Cube solution works

With our API you can:

  • Create a preservation request for a document or a batch of documents

  • Monitor the status (in progress, completed, rejected, etc.)

  • Download the preservation receipt (e.g. XML/PDF) and the references of the preserved package

  • Manage metadata and searches (company, local unit, period, document type, EER, FIR reference, etc.)

  • Receive notifications via webhook on outcomes and status changes

The same functionality as our Preservation API, adapted for RENTRI documents.

Which documents
can I preserve?

Chronological load and unload register (cover page + operations / periodic extractions)

  • Waste Identification Form (FIR) and related attachments/copies

  • Official exports (PDF/XML) produced by the portal/services, also useful in the event of inspections

  • Receipts, logs and proof of transmission from your management system or your workflows

  • PEC or alternative submissions linked to document management (when provided for by the processes)

The compliant register and FIR templates are defined by the annexes to D.M. 59/2023 and are the reference for operators.
