In 2023 Intesi Group acquired the operating branch of the company eWitness Italia Srl, a long-standing partner of A-Cube with the digital preservation service, already integrated into our API E-invoicing solution. Intesi Group was thus immediately able to appreciate A-Cube’s profile and modus operandi.

Recently, Intesi Group decided to streamline its offering, focusing on the themes of logical security and trust services, indirectly providing some complementary yet relevant services, such as electronic invoicing itself. This was not a matter of simply identifying a “generic provider”, but of carefully selecting an organisation able to provide solid guarantees in terms of specialist expertise, technical capability, dynamism and flexibility, ambition to grow and reliability.

A-Cube was a perfect match for this profile, having demonstrated an approach and team spirit similar to Intesi Group’s and conducive to the continuation of the partnership. By entrusting the delivery of the electronic invoicing service to A-Cube, Intesi Group now ensures its customers not only service continuity, but an even higher standard: A-Cube, for example, is already ready - unlike other players in the sector - for European e-invoicing, having been successfully providing an E-invoicing service for the Polish market for some time, the best prelude to extending it to other European Union Member States in the coming months.
